Effective communication is essential in today's work environment. Good communication is as reliant on good listening as on coherent speaking. Here are some tips on howto be a better listener:
- Look at the other person
- Ask questions
- Don't interrupt
- Don't change the subject
- Express emotion with control
- Respond appropriately

what i did today !!

hey guys !!! today still got a bit of allergies bloody helll.......stay away from teh haze!!!!

anyways today - PHA class half day .
went out (servicing appt) .......no still in office doing claims for client and submitting all my cases on the new pruway 7 pap !!!!! yayy !!!!! but i am sooooooooooo slow la......so must practice on pruway submission !!
