Effective communication is essential in today's work environment. Good communication is as reliant on good listening as on coherent speaking. Here are some tips on howto be a better listener:
- Look at the other person
- Ask questions
- Don't interrupt
- Don't change the subject
- Express emotion with control
- Respond appropriately

what i did today !!

hey guys !!! today still got a bit of allergies bloody helll.......stay away from teh haze!!!!

anyways today - PHA class half day .
went out (servicing appt) .......no still in office doing claims for client and submitting all my cases on the new pruway 7 pap !!!!! yayy !!!!! but i am sooooooooooo slow la......so must practice on pruway submission !!

HELLO TEAM !!

how is everyone doing??? welcome to the very first blog of TEAM XL.
so firstly ....all the greetings in the world to ya k !!!

secondly ,since i'm sick ,and i have time,i m taking this opportunity to do this (heheehe) so that as we've discussed we will be able to make this a portal where every team member is able to exchange views,to keep in touch with each other ,post pictures etc.

technology has come so far my friends .... so blog away and this is definitely goin to cut costs on our sms charges huh! LOL....

you may write about anything at all,from activities to case studies ....u may post information and so much more , we can even write about our weekly meetings and the best part is ....i 'm just the moderator for "connectXL" but ANYONE can write ,anytime,about anything !

my only request is that each person logs on here EVERY DAY ok so that we can stay posted with everything that 's happening ok ?
